Full Led Primary Series (Ashtanga Yoga, Pattabhi Jois style), Sunday January 17th

“Ashtanga Yoga” FULL Led (Guided) Primary Series. If you have never practiced “full” primary, no worries. Come with an open mind, a mind capable of focusing, and a mind interested in having some fun. I won’t use the traditional “vinyasa count”, for those of you who know what that means, as this class will be approached in a relaxed, albeit steady pace with time/space for ‘breaking down’ some of the parts of the more difficult asanas, if needed. Modifications will be provided, as well as the option to skip whatever postures seem too difficult or inappropriate based on your level of asana ‘proficiency’. We won’t do a Guided Meditation following the asana practice, but I’ll save time for a nice savasana and questions.
